Why we started
Wellness traditions deserve clarity, not hype.
Ayurveda has guided Indian homes for generations: a spoon of prash on winter mornings, warm oil massages, kitchen spices that settle the stomach after a festive meal. Somewhere along the way, those rituals became crowded with confusing labels and big promises.
Aurvadic was created to bring them back to their simple, honest core. We work with classical references, list every herb on the label, and describe our products in the careful language Ayurveda itself uses: formulations that are traditionally used to support everyday wellbeing.
We believe good health is built on many small habits. Our products are designed to sit alongside balanced food, rest and movement, and never to replace the advice of your doctor.
