Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

Product information and wellness disclaimer

We describe products as accurately as possible. Packaging and colours may vary slightly from images.

This is an Ayurvedic product intended to support general wellness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Read the label before use and consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and stock may change without notice. If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Orders and payments

An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification or, for Cash on Delivery, after we accept the order. We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable quantities or cannot be delivered to the address provided.

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Coupon codes are subject to their individual conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery timelines are estimates. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Aurvadic name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for use of products contrary to label directions or medical advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.
