Where we deliver
We currently deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above (after coupon discounts).
- A flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
- The exact charge is always shown in your cart before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery timelines
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes about 5 business days after dispatch, and may take longer for remote locations, during festivals or due to events outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will see the courier name and tracking number in My Orders. You can follow every stage of your order on the Track Order page.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for the account.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact care@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, and we will resolve it quickly.
