Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order from My Orders while it is Pending, Confirmed or Processing. Once an order is packed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled online; please contact support and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Ayurvedic wellness and personal care products are consumables. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Damaged, leaking or tampered products
- Wrong or missing items
- Products past their expiry date at the time of delivery
How to request a replacement or refund
Email care@example.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Refund timelines
- Prepaid orders: refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval and usually reflect within 5-7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with us.
- Shipping charges are refunded when the refund is due to our error.
