Our Amrit Prash follows the classical Prash recipe: fresh Amla slow-cooked with more than 40 herbs and spices, enriched with Kesar (saffron), cow ghee and honey.
For generations, Indian families have enjoyed a spoonful of Prash every morning, especially during changing seasons, to support the body's natural defences and energy.

- Cardamom, cinnamon and clove Aromatic spices
- Adults: 1-2 teaspoons (10-15 g) once or twice a day.
- Children (5-12 years): 1 teaspoon once a day.
- Take with warm milk or water, preferably in the morning.
Adults and children above 5 years. Contains sugar, so people with diabetes should consult their doctor before use.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Always use a dry spoon and close the lid tightly after use.
