Kadha is India's time-honoured herbal brew. This blend combines three kinds of Tulsi with Giloy stem, Sonth (dry ginger), Dalchini (cinnamon), Kali Mirch and Mulethi.
Brew a cup on cool mornings or after a long day to support throat comfort and the body's natural immunity, just the way grandmothers always have.

- Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) Traditionally called Amrita
- Sonth (Zingiber officinale) Dry ginger
- Dalchini (Cinnamomum verum) Cinnamon
- Kali Mirch (Piper nigrum) Black pepper
- Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra) Liquorice root
- Add 1 teaspoon (2 g) to 200 ml water.
- Boil for 3-5 minutes until it reduces to about 150 ml, then strain.
- Add honey or jaggery once slightly cool, if desired. Enjoy 1-2 cups a day.
Adults and children above 12 years. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and people with high blood pressure should consult a doctor before use.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
